This page explains the information involved in using Meerawell and contacting its editorial team. Meerawell is a health-education website; please do not send patient records or detailed medical histories to the editorial inbox.
Visits and site operation
Website hosting and security systems may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Google Analytics is used for website measurement. Analytics may process page visits, device information and cookie identifiers under its configuration. Browser settings can limit cookies; blocking cookies may affect some site functions.
Messages to the team
If you email contact@meerawell.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this to handle editorial enquiries and corrections. Email is not a secure patient-record submission route and this inbox does not provide medical care.
Providers and linked websites
Hosting, security, email and analytics providers process information needed for their services. Following a link to a medical source or clinic takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. Meerawell currently uses no affiliate purchase tracking.
Data requests and retention
Contact contact@meerawell.com for questions about information you have sent or to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are assessed against the information we hold and applicable obligations. Operational log and provider retention settings differ; ask us for information about the relevant service. Do not include identity documents or medical records in an initial enquiry.
Measurement boundaries
The new related-guide and clinic-link measurement features are disabled unless analytics consent is explicitly available. They use fixed event categories and do not transmit typed symptoms, message text, email addresses or medical histories. This does not, by itself, change the existing Google Analytics or cookie configuration.
